Join A Small group
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
— Acts 2:42
Why Should I Join a Group?
Outside of the preaching of God’s Word, community is one of the most important parts of life at Grace Community Church. In fact, it’s part of our name. While the world often pushes people toward isolation, we believe God designed us to live in meaningful relationships where we are known, loved, and cared for.
Community Groups are the primary place where discipleship and pastoral care happen in our church. It’s where friendships grow, burdens are shared, and faith is strengthened. Joining a group is one of the best ways to truly become connected to the life of Grace Community.
In a group you can build authentic relationships, encourage one another, pray together, serve others, and experience the kind of fellowship where you are genuinely missed when you’re not there.
What Should I Expect?
Our groups typically include anywhere from 5 to 15 people and meet regularly to study God’s Word, pray together, share meals, laugh, serve others, and simply do life together.
You do not have to be a member of Grace Community Church to join a group. Everyone is welcome.
How Do I Join a Group?
If joining a group feels like your next step, the best thing to do is simply come and try one out. Give it a few weeks—about six or so—to get to know people and see if it’s a good fit. If it doesn’t feel like the right group for you, we’d be happy to help you try another one, or you can talk with one of our elders about starting a new group.
Currently, we have groups meeting:
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Grace Community Church
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at the home of Roddy and Kim Sanders
We would love for you to join us.
